Mark those calendars folks, on June 17th, of this fine year 2012, Addictive Angler is invoking something…unprecedented. Indeed something never done before… Now this particular section of our site is home to some colorful language, fantastic expression of the word ‘fuck’ and generally an all around rowdy grouping of the tremendously terrible and the tremendous themselves. You see, we have this fucking(for aliteration sake) fantastic scale that exemplifies the ‘Ass’ that lies ‘behind’ the best, worst, and in-between. Today heralds the first day that 5 sweet asses are to be given.
Why you should give a shit?
Because these guys are simply amazing.
Bestfriends.org, maybe more familiar to you as Dogtown. The skinny is a no kill animal shelter, however the devil in these details reveals something much, much more awesome. Imagine if you were famous and a Dog — this is Beverly Hills, but its not all glitz and glam… The Sanctuary:

Animals end up on the short end of the stick just like us, the difference is we have a bit more ability to help them then them us and these people take that to heart. They have set up an amazing reserve for animals. Rehabilitation centers that even Amy winehouse would have come to, and not to mention their growing network helping animals everywhere – and that makes them aces in our books. Their passion shines brighter then the morning hangover sun and the worlds a damn better place for it.
5 sweet asses without blinking an eye!
This hallmark event on Addictive Angler comes at a sad moment as we celebrate one of our little family, passing. Kissy was an adorable pappion with not a care in the world, a model for living in the moment. Never without the exuberance of an eternal puppy she brought many a smile and even a few tears, but then again all great things do. Every end is a new beginning, much love kissy
