Machined from high quality aluminum stock these Saltwater Fly Reels are not only incredibly strong but also very light.There are two models available: the 7/8 is ideal for lighter work with Bonefish and Permit whereas the 10/12 is perfectly suited for Tarpon and Sailfish.

One of the most important features is our ‘Wet Drag’ design. This incorporates a high modulus carbon drag washer sealed in its own waterproof housing lubricated with our specially formulated oil. This configuration ensures a constant and reliable drag that will not bite in unexpectedly or suddenly reduce in power.

The 7/8 size model can be loaded with 30 lb of drag weight whilst the 10/12 is approaching 40 lb which is perfect for slowing down those angry Silver Kings and big Sails.

The Drag knob itself is large and easily accessible to allow the angler to constantly fine tune the setting whilst playing a fish depending on how much line is being taken from the reel.

Both models have three high quality stainless steel bearings to ensure smooth running and a constant one way system.

The 7/8 weighs in at 9.5 oz and will take a full 30 yard fly line plus 300 yards of 35 lb breaking strain braided backing.

The 10/12 is 11.5 oz and will also take a full 30 yard fly line plus at least 300 yards of 50 lb breaking strain braided backing.

Spare spools are available for both models and they, and the reels, come complete with a Neoprene pouch and a classy presentation case.
