We love us some Amber Jack here at Addictive Angler, they are a great fight, love to bite jigs, and grow to mammoth proportions. A welcome addition to every sport angler’s dinner plate! You can smoke, grill, bake, or boil Ambjerjack, its a nice white meat that stays pretty firm (the best is smoked in case you are wondering!). Video: AA Pura Vida, Amazing Fishing in Southern Costa Rica

This video is the 3rd video from our Epic Costa Rican Fishing excursion, we had a lot of excitement and fun with big pacific sails and some different species of fish, but more on that after the video:

From Quepos down the pacific coast, dominical, the Osa Peninsula, Puerto Jimenez, and finally Golfito, we fished it all! You can even see the crossing of the rio Sierpe on a barge pushed my a tiny little boat & motor, this was the experience! Enjoy, Share, and let us know what you think!
